A lot of people refuse to believe people could become muscular by lifting brighter amounts of excess weight, with that they believe that if you wish to become greater you need to lift bigger weight loads. People think that in order to capture a nice, attractive, chiseled body system like professional body builders or professional sportsmen that you must lift up the same amount of weight that they do.
